I found realize that entrepreneurship has been there for so decades and that there are many individuals who cannot define correctly who an entrepreneur is. This is because there's a disagreement of whether entrepreneurs are born or made. Mind you, are entrepreneurs born or made? Do you know of there is no universal agreement whether entrepreneurs are born or made? First, entrepreneurs are born because there are some people who have produce new business ideas which might be currently recognized as successful businesses but these people were never educated on the way to become entrepreneurs. Alternatively entrepreneurs are made since there are some successful entrepreneurs that have studied entrepreneurship courses (diploma and degree programs) provided by colleges and universities.

According to some tips i studied in high school under the subject of business, an entrepreneur is "a one who sets up successful businesses and business deals." However, this definition does not reveal a clear definition because not everyone who sets up a company and is running it successful is surely an entrepreneur. There is much more of who a true entrepreneur is other than setting up a business and running it successfully.

Economics and business owners don't seem also to agree on who is a true entrepreneur. From economist standpoint, "The entrepreneur is one who's willing to bear the chance of a new venture when there is a significant chance for profit. Others emphasize the entrepreneur's role as an innovator who markets his innovation. Still other economists claim that entrepreneurs develop new goods or processes that this market demands and aren't currently being supplied."

Entrepreneurship concept first launched in the 1700s. Since that time it has evolved to what it is now today. Inspite of the failure of defining who an authentic entrepreneur is, we can all agree that entrepreneurs play a major role in improving the lives of people in a range of ways. They come track of new ideas which have led them to create business organizations.

These organizations besides creating job opportunities directly or indirectly they also serve people in ways. Entrepreneurs are viewed as people who either create new products or improve the existing products to be able to solve problems facing people.

Trait Approach

We can describe who a real entrepreneur is by using the trait approach. Under this approach, the common traits successful entrepreneurs possess describes if a person is a true entrepreneur. The traits are:

1.) Taking Risks: They take risks after they have discovered viable online business offerings. They already know that businesses which have got high risks are the type which yield high profits. Generally speaking, successful entrepreneurs have got risks to be where they're now.

2.) Passion: No matter the business idea they are offered up with, they have desire for it. Passion keeps successful entrepreneurs indicators being focused.

3.) Hardworking: Successful entrepreneurs have a very common trait of working. They work hard in since all the tasks in the business are completed by the due date and efficiently.

4.) Optimistic: Optimism is the trait that successful entrepreneurs share. They believe that in the foreseeable future their ideas will probably be successful businesses. They have no room for doubting their business ideas.

5.) Good Leadership: They have got the trait of proper leadership. Successful entrepreneurs know how to motivate their employees in order that they give their best achieve success. They create policies and goals for their businesses. They oversee these policies are followed and the goals are accomplished by the due date.

6.) Determined and protracted: Successful entrepreneurs are determined and persistent in making their home based business ideas successful. They don't really give up after experiencing some failures in executing some tasks but you are persistent and determined as they are motivated by success and never money. For them, cash is only a reward they get.

7.) Flexible: Entrepreneurs that have succeeded respond to market needs swiftly. Whenever you can find changes in market needs they respond swiftly so as not to lose their potential customers. They search for possibilities to exploit when a change occurs. Successful entrepreneurs use a common trait of adjusting their entrepreneurship ventures to fluctuating economic conditions. "The entrepreneur always looks for change, responds to it, and exploits it an opportunity-By Peter Drucker."

8.) Creativity: They research are available up with creative home based business ideas. Successful entrepreneurs continuously innovate new methods for satisfying customers.

9.) Organization Ability: Successful entrepreneurs are organized. They organize factors of production including labor, land and capital in running their entrepreneurship ventures.

With all the above information, I urge happened to fail to appreciate that of a true entrepreneur is still working on. This is because a genuine entrepreneur never surrenders no matter the failures he experiences in executing some tasks. He could be optimistic that one day his business idea would have been a successful business.
